• The AI may generate content that is factually incorrect, anachronistic, or biased.
• The Service is intended strictly for educational, research, and entertainment purposes.

3. Professional & Historical Disclaimer

The content generated by the AI does not constitute professional advice (including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or academic advice). OFFERPULSE LIMITED disclaims all liability for actions taken based on the output of the AI. Users are solely responsible for verifying any historical data through primary sources or recognized academic institutions.

4. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are exclusively responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying the Company immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

5. Subscription, Payments & Refunds

Access to premium "Legendary Figures" or extended chat capacities requires a financial contribution ("Sacred Offering" or Subscription).

• Immediate Performance: By purchasing access, you request and consent to immediate performance of the digital service.
• No Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate delivery of AI processing power, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used periods.
• Pricing: The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site, including its original content, features, functionality, and underlying AI prompt engineering, are the exclusive property of OFFERPULSE LIMITED and its licensors.

• License: We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the AI outputs for personal, non-commercial use.
• Restrictions: You may not scrape, frame, data-mine, or mass-reproduce AI responses to train competing models or for commercial resale without explicit written consent.

7. Prohibited Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in "jailbreaking" or prompt injection to bypass safety filters.
• Generating content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes hatred.
• Impersonating Company officials or other entities.
• Using automated systems (bots) to access the Site without authorization.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, OFFERPULSE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or spiritual/emotional dissatisfaction arising from your use of the AI simulations.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its employees from and against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
